A set of two table knives made of Swedish Damascus steel and locally forged birch. Carefully crafted in northern Sweden by knifemaker Torbjörn Lundström. Contact us for purchase information.

This exquisite table knife is made as a collaboration between Nouie and expert knifemaker Torbjörn Lundström. In his workshop in Åre in northern Sweden, he has produced knives for professional chefs around the world. It takes around four months to produce a series of 20 knives as each piece is carefully forged by hand. 

The knives were developed for the newly opened restaurant Aira in Stockholm, and are now available for purchase exclusively at Nouie.  The knives are sold in pairs in two colour variations.
